Flexible and generous vacation use comes without the worries associated with traditional home ownership. Your Fractional Home Ownership Dues are conveniently billed quarterly and ensure that your Club and vacation home are expertly managed and maintained. Plus, you are entitled to a myriad of amenities and services that aren’t available to traditional second-home owners.

Actually, all you need do is arrive. Concierge and bell services ensure that your every whim ? from tee times to dinner reservations to pre-arrival grocery shopping ? is dispatched with utmost efficiency.

You needn’t ever be concerned about housekeeping or home maintenance issues. These can be handled by one phone call to your concierge.

The concierge will also assist with any business center services. In addition, there are computer stations in the clubhouse for owners’ use.

And forget about carrying your personal items back and forth. The Club will store them for you.

The owners’ clubhouse is the perfect place to make new friends and entertain old acquaintances. Get together in the clubby ambiance of the lounge or move the party outdoors where you are greeted with splendid views, inviting seating areas and a refreshing pool, complete with two lap lanes for serious swimmers.

Membership Privileges

In 1925, Walter Morgan, a wealthy San Francisco aristocrat, commissioned the building of a 20-room hacienda-style hotel by prominent architect Gordon B. Kaufman. At a cost of $150,000, La Quinta Hotel would open during the Christmas season of 1926.

The hotel would become an enchanting retreat for the rich and famous who sought the serenity of this special place.

When the City of La Quinta incorporated in 1982, it was said to be the first recorded city to be named after a hotel.
